Instead of traditional screen-printing, we use heat transfer technology. This is a process in which heat and pressure are used to imprint designs on a material. We use two methods for customizing apparel and textiles: heat transfer vinyl (HTV) and direct-to-film (DTF) transfers.

Both of our options create long-lasting images that withstand wear and tear, making it suitable for items that experience frequent use or laundering. Typically, you can expect prints to hold up well through 30-50 washes, meeting the ideal industry standard.

Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV)

Heat Transfer Vinyl is great for simple designs with one or two colors. However, for more complex, layered, and multi-colored designs, heat transfer is an even better option than screen printing.

HTV allows for a full range of colors and gradients, and it gives you the freedom to get creative with intricate patterns and a multitude of hues. Also, HTV offers many effects such as glitter, metallic, holographic, or glow-in-the-dark. It is easily used on light or dark fabrics. This method is great for short runs more than DTF.

For other types of substrates such as plastics and metals (i.e. promotional products), a similar permanent vinyl is used in lieu of a heat transfer vinyl.

Direct-To-Film (DTF)

Direct-to-film printing is the newest technique!  It is a printing method that involves printing designs directly onto a special film which is then transferred onto the desired material. This printing method is widely used in the creation of high-quality prints for various things, such as apparel, signage, and promotional items particularly in larger quantities.

DTF transfers guarantee vivid, high-quality prints with excellent color reproduction. It is a preferred option for designs with fine lines and gradients because the direct application of ink onto the film produces complex details and sharp images.

DTF transfers are very versatile. They can be used on various types of substrates, including fabrics, plastics and metals whether the material is dark or light. Because of its flexibility, DTF transfers are the best option for companies with a wide variety of printing requirements.
