Your One Stop Shop

We get many questions regarding our capabilities, materials, tools, and processes. And rightfully so - because quality matters. So we've gathered the most common questions right here for you!

What type of artwork is needed for HTV and DTF projects?

1) VECTOR FILES - Vector files are recommended for the highest quality print. We accept .ai, .pdf, .eps, or .svg filetypes. These are ideal for artwork with areas of solid color or text that we would print with a method called spot printing.

TIPS :

  • Ensure there are no raster images embedded in the vector file.

  • Please convert all text areas to outlines.

  • Refrain from expanding elements with gradients

2) RASTER FILES - Raster files are also accepted. We can take layered .psd, .pdf, or .tif file types. While raster images don’t have the flawless resolution of a vector image, we are able to blend colors to achieve a wide range of effects as well as photorealism. If you’re unable to provide a layered or color separated file, we’d be glad to help you out!

TIPS:

  • Supplied files should be to-size at a minimum of 300 DPI.

  • If possible, separate spot colors onto separate layers or channels.

  • Be aware the fine details don’t always make it to the final print due to the weave of the apparel.

What format does my design need to be in for embroidery?

Embroidery file format depends on the machines being used, so there are many formats actually.  We request for your file to be in a .dst format, but our designers can help with this if needed.

Can you help me get my embroidery design in the right type of format?

Of course!  Since designs have to be in a special format for the machine to understand it, we have to "digitize" your logo. This process usually takes 24-48 hours to complete and there is a fee for this service.

Please email us your design in a PNG or JPEG format and we can get it started.

How do I send you my artwork?

For HTV or DTF projects, the easiest and most convenient way is to simply upload your files to our site! If you’re having trouble due to filetype or size, you can also send us an email with a compressed file or link to download.

For embroidery work, please email us your file and we can take it from there!

Will I see a proof before you begin?

Absolutely - we won't begin without approval! You will receive an artwork approval that includes print colors and a digital mockup. Physical samples are typically not provided for orders under 1,000 units. If you’d like to request a preproduction sample, just get in touch with us for further details.

The most common location is left chest.  However, this is really up to you!  We can embroider on collars, pockets, cuffs and more.
